Return Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of flooring products and our weekly deal model, returns are limited. Please review the following policy before making your purchase. If you have any questions, contact us before ordering.

Standard Returns

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee applies to all standard returns.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Products must be free of damage, moisture, and debris.
  • Opened or installed products cannot be returned.
  • Custom or special orders are non-refundable.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

  • Inspect all packages upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier.
  • Take photos of the defect and packaging before contacting us.
  • We may request that defective products be returned for inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective. For defective products, we will arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

  • Products must be shipped back in their original packaging.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection.
  • Victoria Flooring Outlet is not responsible for products lost or damaged in return transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The 15% restocking fee is deducted from your refund for standard returns.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

Warranty Claims

Harbinger flooring products include a manufacturer warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. Warranty claims are handled separately from returns.
